Spy Ninjas is the first time I really jumped into a Graphic Novel with sea legs that felt more comfortable when it came to creative project management. I can honestly say that having a great team of artists to manage on this one made my job a bit easier, which allowed me to find ways to streamline my graphic novel project management process. Working on 3 graphic novels for 1 series provided me with regular benchmarks for tracking my own growth and success. I could compare the process of each graphic novel to the previous one and see how I both developed as a Designer/Art Director/Creative Project Manager, but also how I dealt with challenges and what I did when scheduling conflicts arose and required new members to join the team. No matter the challenge, each book proved to be a success and looked so cool in the end.
